This beautiful Antique Edwardian Suffragette heart-shaped pendant has been modelled in 18ct Yellow Gold and features a gold swallow-shaped dropper in the centre which has been set with four beautiful Pearls. The pendant also features a lovely 0.20ct Peridot which is flanked by two Pearls set in gold flowers and a 0.70ct Amethyst dropper.
Suffragette jewellery was worn to show one’s allegiance to the women’s Suffragette movement in the early 20th century and popularly consisted of Purple, Green and White stones which symbolised: Purple for Loyalty, White for Purity and Green for Hope.
A stunning pendant which supports the Women’s Rights movement and will look fabulous on a gold chain.
